CHECKOUTS:

  • If you wish to extend your checkout please email equipment room team (contact info listed above) or visit DBH 111 during hours of operation. 
  • Booking eligibility depends on the student(s) major and which JMC class/classes they're enrolled in. If you are unable to log into the JMC Connect2 system and require equipment, please contact the equipment room staff.
  • Due to high demand, we cannot guarentee the availability of all equipment listed in the Connect2 system. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

RETURNS:

  • IMPORTANT: The last day to return equipment for the Spring 2025 semester is May 8
  • Returns are only accepted during the hours of operation listed above.

HOW TO BOOK ONLINE:

Simply:

Booking: 

1. Log in MySJSU account
2. Click "book equipment"
3. Search desired equipment in search bar
4. Add equipment to basket
5. Select time
6. State reason for booking 
7. Agree to Terms & Conditions
8. Confirm booking and check out in DBH 111                                               

Booking Summary:

You'll receive an automated booking summary to your SJSU email.

Pick Up:

Once you've scheduled an appintment, visit DBH 111 on appointment date to pick up your equipment. You may not pick up or check out equipment for someone else.

IMPORTANT: If equipment is lost, stolen, or returned damaged, broken, or with missing parts, you may be held financially/academically responsible! Your grade ay be withheld!

  • Please reach out the equipment room staff (contact info listed above) if you have any comments, questions or concerns regarding equipment.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Students must present a valid SJSU ID.
  • Students may not check out or lend equipment for other people.
  • Equipment MUST be returned in same condition it was checked out in.
  • Upon returns, equipment must be thoroughly inspected for damage/missing parts.
  • YOU are responsible for equipment you check out.
